This detached cottage, comprehensively refurbished in 2018, sits in an enviable position overlooking the Teifi valley. Situated just a few miles from the market town of Llandysul which has a good range of independent shops, pubs and eateries. The stunning West Wales coastline is surprisingly close, just over 11 miles to the seaside resort of Aberporth, and follow the coastline and visit the beach at New Quay and the harbour at Aberaeron.

The main attractions are the Zoo, Farm and Petting Barn and there is also a huge Adventure Play Area and a small funfair with traditional rides. They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn. With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience. You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.

Pembroke Castle - SA71 4LA

Pembroke Castle is thought to be the birthplace of the Tudor dynasty and is an excellent choice for a family day trip. The castle one of the areas most iconic landmarks and features an amazing 75ft high Great Tower! Visitors can also take a tour of the Norman Hall and the Exhibition Rooms where the displays change regularly. There is also a Picnic area and plenty of open space for children to run around in the grounds and gardens. The site also has a cafe and a gift shop.
