Arkwrights Manor Reviews

Martin
Really enjoyed our stay! The location was spot on and the owner was super helpful when issues arose.
Grace
We had a lovely stay at this place! The house was spotless and really well finished, with a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy, though the downstairs area felt a bit snug with five big dogs, but that's understandable. The fenced patio was a real bonus-it meant we could let the dogs out freely without constant leads. The main road's proximity was noticeable, but it was as expected from the info provided. Overall, a great spot in a lovely area with plenty to explore!

We had a really relaxing stay in this charming house, perfect for unwinding. The hot tub was a lovely bonus! Plus, there are some great pubs and places to eat just a short walk away. We even enjoyed a river cruise nearby-definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.
Alex
Lovely place, cosy vibe, well-equipped kitchen.

Honestly, our stay was a bit of a letdown. The hot tub was quite dirty when we arrived, with scummy water on top, which was disappointing. There was only one toilet roll per bathroom for eight of us-kind of annoying. The seating was limited too; only three stools in the kitchen, so we mostly had to sit at the dining table. Plus, the fridge had been turned offand we weren't told, so a lot of our food went off before we realised. Not the best experience, unfortunately.
James
This place was really lovely - super comfy and well kitted out. The hot tub was massive, which was a bonus! Perfect for exploring the nearby walks and enjoying the stunning views. We'd return in a heartbeat!
Emma
Lovely place with top-notch decor and comfy beds, perfect spot to explore Derbyshire! Highly recommended.
