Victorian Farmhouse is a traditional, pet-friendly holiday cottage situated in the serene area of Ty Mawr near Llanybydder, Carmarthenshire. This vegetarian-only property ensures a peaceful, plant-based environment - no meat or meat products allowed.

With its traditional farmhouse charm and quirky, homely feel, it offers a relaxed, authentic atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. Step through the door and into a generously sized kitchen/diner, fully equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up hearty breakfasts or evening feasts during your stay.

Just off this space is a practical utility room, complete with a fridge with ice box, washing machine, and tumble dryer, ideal for keeping things ticking over, especially after a day out exploring. The sitting room is a welcoming spot to relax, centred around a woodburning stove that’s perfect for those cooler evenings when you just want to curl up and unwind.

Venture outside and you'll find a private garden with a neat lawn and a patio area furnished for outdoor dining, whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or a leisurely dinner in the fresh air. But the real showstopper here is the luxurious hot tub.

Set beneath open skies, it offers a blissful way to end your day, immerse yourself in the warm bubbles and let the gentle jets soothe you as the stars appear overhead. When it’s time to call it a night, there are four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms to choose from: a king-size, a double, a triple room with a double below and single above, and a bunk room, giving you the flexibility to suit families, friends, or mixed groups with ease.

National Botanic Garden of Wales - SA32 8HN
about 15 Miles
When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
