Powys Castle and Gardens (10 miles) and the Montgomery Canal are just a short drive away and the Snowdonia National Park (29 miles) is also within easy reach.

Other attractions include Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway (10 miles), Chirk Castle (33miles) and Gregynog Hall (3miles). This magnificent complex boasts three spacious properties nestled within a stunning private courtyard.

The country house has five en-suite bedrooms with a spacious farmhouse kitchen, welcoming lounge with fireplace and a stunning formal dining area. The first of the two lodges is a unique property that can accommodate 16 guests across eight bedrooms, each boasting its own individual en-suite shower room.

Two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This characterful lodge offers a spacious open -plan layout, perfect for hosting hospitality events, with large tables and a sitting area centred on an open fire.

There is a covered outside “hideout” area, ideal for celebrating or enjoying a family BBQ while overlooking the garden and hot tub. You have a choice of eight bedrooms, all equipped with TVs: two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring roll-top baths and showers; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers; one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room; and one small double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
