Commons Farm Cottage is a fully renovated 17th-century stone-built farmhouse cottage set high above Hebden Bridge in the Pennine countryside of West Yorkshire. It sits on a non-working farm accessed by a farm track and has breathtaking panoramic views across the surrounding landscape. It's private, peaceful and genuinely special.

The farm backs directly onto the Calderdale Way. Hardcastle Crags National Trust property is close by and the Pennine Way is within easy reach. Hebden Bridge is just 1. 5 miles away walkable in around 30 minutes or less than 10 minutes by local bus. The nearest pub is a 10-minute walk and serves food.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms (both 4ft 6in).

Commons Farm Cottage is a fully renovated 17th-century stone-built farmhouse cottage set high above Hebden Bridge in the Pennine countryside of West Yorkshire. It sits on a non-working farm accessed by a farm track and has breathtaking panoramic views across the surrounding landscape.

It's private, peaceful and genuinely special.

Hebden Bridge is just 1.5 miles away walkable in around 30 minutes or less than 10 minutes by local bus. The nearest pub is a 10-minute walk and serves food.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms (both 4ft 6in).

Every bedroom has its own ensuite walk-in shower room with heated towel rail. The ground floor has a living room with gas fire and exposed beams plus a kitchen-diner with Freeview TV.

A ground floor wet room adds extra flexibility.

Haworth is a 20-minute drive. Eureka!

The National Children's Museum in Halifax is around 30 minutes away. Skipton gateway to the Yorkshire Dales is about 50 minutes by car.

Hebden Bridge Golf Course is under 5 minutes by car.
