The combination of an early Victorian lodge and a modern mews offers a unique stay with both historical charm and contemporary comforts.

Both properties are furnished to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Outside, you'll find a south-facing courtyard perfect for al fresco dining. Enjoy the Hydropool hot tub, available from Easter to October, and make use of the BBQ area and wood-fired pizza oven.

The courtyard also features a gazebo with a rattan sofa, ideal for relaxing in the sun.

Rutland Lodge & Wellswood Mews is just an 800-metre walk from Torquay town centre, where you can explore the marina, subtropical gardens, and a variety of bars and restaurants. For day trips, the market town of Totnes is 10 miles away, and Dartmoor National Park is within 20 miles.
