Very pleased with both the lodge and the Burnbake campsite. Lodge 17 is considerately located for ones privacy. In semiwoodland we enjoyed watching the wildlife and listening to the cockoo. Although our stay was in a school holiday period and the campsite was busy, we didnt feel that those camping nearby in anyway encroached on us. Well be back.

Everything was just perfect. The comfort,the cleanliness, everything. Also, the ladies at reception who assisted me with an item of lost property were just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Would love to stay here again and will highly recommend to anyone.

Such an enjoyable stay for all of us, I took my 4 children for a nice quiet weekend away and that is exactly what we had! . It is so peaceful and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location and the lodges are stunning!. The children loved the hot tub and spent hours in there!. Really lovely touches and everything you need is there. Cant wait to book and go again.
