Lodge 4

Would prefer to have a hairdryer in the property instead of asking reception for one. I hadn't brought one assuming that luxury lodges would include one. I've never hired a holiday let that doesn't provide one in the property and we've hired a lot of properties over the years. On checking out I mentioned it and was told that it was in the information pack to go to reception but I hadn't seen that in the pack. It wasn't mentioned on checkin. So maybe make it a lot clearer that hairdryers, irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from reception both when checking in and at the beginning of the information pack.

Great lodge in lovely surroundings. An issue on arrival sorted very quickly and efficiently. Welcome pack very appreciated. Had thought that the fire pack would include first couple of logs not just firelighter and kindling, but thankfully shop was still open. All staff were lovely and very friendly. Best hot tub weve had in a lodge!
