We had a lovely time staying at Dubs Luxury Family Pod in Keswick, Lake District on 27 February, 2026 02 March, 2026. Very friendly, clean, helpful. Cannot fault the place, the accommodation, and the service provided by the staff. Darren the assistant Manager was especially helpful, if he see's this I'd like to say to all the staff and Darren, thank you for such a lovely break

The location of the Pod was outstanding the view and the tranquility of the river right in front of us. The layout was perfect for 4 adults we had plenty of room and lots of storage .....the only small fault was there was quite a few dog hairs left on floor from previous visitors which was on all of our socks! However we throughly enjoyed our stay and will return in the near future x

Very friendly and cosy location. The setting next to the river is wonderful and the hot tub was delightful. Its also very handy for Keswick. We would love another visit.

The property was a workable size for 4 adults and a small pet. Very modern, very clean, had everything you would need for a short break. We had hot water available and the lodge was very warm all weekend which was a huge plus in the rainy weather. The staff on site were available with good advice throughout our stay. Lodge in excellent location, hot tub well maintained and very safe

Fabulous location right next to the river with lovely patio and hot tub, walks from the door and close to all the amenities in Keswick. Cleverly designed and well equipped pod, but we found space inside limited especially in the rain with 2 dogs

We love this day out in Cumbria where you're encouraged to "take a fresh look". Some of the amazing animals you will get to see include the only Canadian Lynx in the UK and you will have the opportunity to help their Lynx Conservation Project. The Asian Fishing Cat is also well worth a look - these cats are known for diving under the water and catching fish! Other activities include fantastic flying displays and play areas for the little ones...

This is an award winning Lake District attraction and they have been operating cruisers on Lake Ullswater for over 150 years. There is no better way to explore the lakes than on water and you could even combine a cruise with a spectacular walk. For great days out in this region then this attraction is highly recommended and will appeal to couples as well as families. Corporate groups are also well catered for.

Rydal Mount & Gardens are wonderfully situated between Lake Windermere and Rydal Water offering breathtaking scenery. The home of William Wordsworth from 1813 - 1850 the grand home is now lived in by the poets descendents but parts of the house and grounds are open to the public. Why not take a guided tour and see the rooms where many of the famous poems were written. The gardens are beautiful at all times of the year but in the summer offer a spectacular display of colour. There is also a gallery and a tearoom. Discounts are available for group bookings.
