Ty Cerrig Farmhouse is a lovingly converted 18th-century barn in Carmarthenshire, West Wales, sitting on the borders of Pembrokeshire. Original oak beams, stone walls and a vaulted ceiling in the master suite give this five-bedroom farmhouse real character.

It sleeps 10 guests across spacious, well-appointed rooms with tasteful décor throughout.

The surrounding Carmarthenshire countryside rolls out in every direction. The historic coastal town of Laugharne home to Dylan Thomas's boathouse and a castle on the river Taf is just a short drive away.

Pembrey Country Park offers eight miles of golden sands at Cefn Sidan plus a toboggan run and dry ski slope.

Five bedrooms sleep 10: Bedroom 1 (kingsize, en-suite shower), Bedroom 2 (kingsize, en-suite shower), Bedroom 3 (twin), Bedroom 4 (kingsize, en-suite bath and shower, French doors to private balcony with views towards Laugharne) and Bedroom 5 (twin).
