Hardwick Reviews

Rachael
Hidden charge of 250 for use of hot tub for less than 40 hours was not clear when we booked. When you book a cottage with a hot tub you dont expect to pay extra for the hot tub. Cottage needs updating and repairing. Lovely location.
Charlene
Lovely location and really peaceful, an ideal base for our short family break. No hot water however on second day and half of the plug sockets didnt work. The grounds beautifully kept but the cottage a little run down. However the price was very reasonable and overall we had an enjoyable stay!
Caroline
Booked this for my husbands 40th as a stop over for a few nights for a cycling trip. The only reason we picked this place over another one was for the hot tub, this wasnt even plugged in so they never got to use this for the entire stag which is massively disappointing. Some of the furniture needs looking at and fixing as most of the chairs to the dining table were loose and wobbly. Overall it is a lovely cottage we just felt let down that wed been miss sold what came with the accommodation.

This is an all weather attraction located in Ilkeston Derbyshire.  With a large play frame as well as bikes and ride on toys this is a fun place for young children.  The toddler time sessions take place during term times on week days from 9.30am until 2.30pm and are very popular. The admission fee is excellent value for money and parents can sit down and enjoy a drink while the children play. A new baby changing facility has now been installed together with some new chairs making this a clean and welcoming attraction for families.  Look out for offers on their website such as a free hot drink on select days.
