Wild Grape Lodge is a completely renovated (2023) three-bedroom lodge at Fairway Lakes on the Caldecott Hall Golf Club estate in Fritton, near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Set within 400 acres on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, it sleeps six and holds a Customers' Choice award for 2025 and 2026.

This is no ordinary lodge.

The lodge sits surrounded by an 18-hole golf course with fairway views from the first-floor glass balcony. Gorleston-on-Sea awarded UK's best beach in 2023 is a 10-minute drive away.

An on-site indoor heated pool and restaurant are a short stroll from the front door.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a super king ensuite master with walk-in shower, a double and a bunk room. Upstairs there's a full games room with pool table, air hockey, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

The private hot tub seats six on the enclosed rear deck alongside a private sauna and steam room.

Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed. The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.

The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy. This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit. New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure. Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area. The secret animal garden is also popular. You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish. At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
